This Privacy Policy explains how KRK Labs LLC handles information in connection with our website and applications, including Live Host Monitor.

Information Live Host Monitor uses

Live Host Monitor may process creator usernames that you choose to save or monitor, publicly available creator information such as display names and profile images, public LIVE status information, app settings, and local monitoring state. This information is used to provide creator monitoring, notifications, display features, and related app functionality.

The app does not require you to create a KRK Labs account and does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, contacts, messages, photos, or precise location to use its core monitoring features.

Local storage

Saved creator usernames, preferences, cached profile information, notification settings, entitlement state, and monitoring state may be stored locally on your device so the app can operate and remember your settings.

Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

The free version of Live Host Monitor may display advertising provided through Google advertising services. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information, including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate or general location;
• app interaction information, such as app launches, taps, and other product interactions;
• diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hangs, crashes, or energy usage; and
• device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and similar identifiers where applicable.

Google may use this information for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes. Data handled by supported Google services is encrypted in transit.

Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google advertising settings, some advertising-related data collection or use may be limited. You may also be able to reset or delete your Android advertising ID through supported Android settings.

Google Play Billing

Purchases and entitlement checks for paid features are processed through Google Play. KRK Labs LLC does not receive or store your full payment card details. Google may provide purchase and entitlement information needed to determine whether Pro features are available.

Notifications and background operation

Live Host Monitor may use Android notification and foreground or background service capabilities to monitor selected creators and notify you when a LIVE session is detected. Notification permissions, battery optimization settings, and related controls are managed through Android.

Support and diagnostics

If you choose to use the app's Support & Diagnostics feature, Live Host Monitor can prepare an app-specific diagnostic report for you to review and attach to an email to KRK Labs support. The report is not sent automatically. It may include app version information, Android version, device manufacturer and model, notification configuration, monitoring state, polling settings, battery optimization status, recent app errors, and recent LIVE-check status or timestamps. It is designed not to include passwords, payment information, or unrelated system logs.

Third-party services and public data

Live Host Monitor may access publicly available web information made available by supported third-party platforms in order to identify creator profile information or public LIVE status. Availability and format of that information may change without notice.

Live Host Monitor currently supports monitoring public LIVE status for creators on TikTok™. TikTok, Google Play, and Google advertising services are operated by third parties and have their own terms, privacy policies, and data handling practices. KRK Labs LLC does not control those third-party services.

Website data

The KRK Labs website does not include its own user account system or application database. Your browser and our hosting or security providers may still process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request logs, browser information, and security data.

Data retention and deletion

App settings and cached information stored locally on your device can generally be removed by deleting saved hosts, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.

KRK Labs LLC does not maintain a Live Host Monitor user-account database. Data processed by third-party providers may be retained according to those providers' own policies and settings.

Children's privacy

Live Host Monitor and the KRK Labs website are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law. The app does not provide its own social-networking, messaging, or user-account features.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the app and website to protect information handled by KRK Labs LLC. Data transmitted through supported Google services is encrypted in transit. No internet transmission, device, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our apps, services, third-party integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
